EP DELIVERY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into as of May 18, 2026, by Thee Gallopians, with it's principal place of business at Bloemfontein ["Lable"] and Kayton Dee an individual residing at Thaba Nchu (“Producer”).

1. Engagement and Delivery
Producer agrees to record, produce, and deliver to Label one (1) extended play recording (“EP”) containing a minimum of [4-6] original tracks.

2. Delivery Date
Producer shall deliver the EP, fully mixed and mastered in a commercially satisfactory format, no later than June 30, 2026. Time is of the essence.

Kayton Dee is the stage name of Kabelo Diseko, a music producer and composer based in Thaba Nchu, Free State, South Africa.
