I have added 3 more 7 inch pans to my stash, now I have 7. The other ones I got them from Sozos, these ones are from temu. Now I need 10 inch ones.

Chocolate pastry cream

Lemon blueberry yoghurt scones

4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
250g very cold margarine
1tbs lemon zest
1 cup plain full cream yoghurt, cold
2 eggs,cold
1tsp vanilla essence
1 cup blueberries

Egg wash
1 egg
1 tbs milk

Lemon drizzle
1 cup icing sugar
2tbs lemon juice, mix together

Preheat oven to 200°C
