So when I opened this bag, I am like this must be castor sugar not stabiliser. Confused because it says 'powdered stabiliser' and it's sweet not too sweet like sugar though🤣

Most versatile recipe,moist, balanced sweetness still up for grabs for only R100 plus a bonus recipe for cake filling.

You can even make snowballs from it with no stress of cutting them, just bake and sandwich together, you can bake your cupcakes with a flat top it will be easier to decorate.

I saw a post somewhere about oil based and butter based cakes. Some were saying they don't like oil based because they are too moist for their liking, others were saying they taste like oil🤷‍♀️
What's your take on this?

Below are all oil based cakes and I use sunflower oil or canola ( if I have it) but mostly any brand of sunflower oil.
