In June, we set off on an ambitious journey, cycling from the southern tip of Africa’s west coast, with the intention of heading toward Morocco. Adventure 4 Education is not just a test of endurance; it’s a mission to bring the life-changing practices of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to children and communities throughout West Africa.

In this episode, we dive into the heart of our journey, sharing the story of how it all began, and the anticipation and excitement leading up to the cycle. From the physical strain of the road to the joy of integrating ancient cultural stories with mindfulness practices, we’re using this adventure to create a meaningful impact.
