Meet Scout Production Maria Opalovskaya.

Maria began her career as a fashion assistant at L’Officiel Russia (Jalou Media Group) and Vogue Russia (Condé Nast), honing her skills in the industry. She later established herself as a contributing stylist for Glamour Russia (Condé Nast) and The Hollywood Reporter Russia, while also working on television commercials and streaming series. Her experience in Moscow’s fashion scene laid the foundation for her creative journey before she relocated to Cape Town.

With a strong background in editorial and commercial styling, Maria has built a reputation for her keen eye and versatile approach. Her move to Cape Town marked a new chapter, where she continues to bring her expertise to diverse projects, blending international influences with fresh perspectives.

Aneeqah is a vibrant, easy-going, and approachable fashion stylist and designer with 15 years of local and international experience. She's skilled at working collaboratively or independently and has had the privilege of contributing to a broad range of projects, including commercial, fashion,lifestyle, props, stock, product, and e-commerce.

One of her proudest achievements was launching a fashion line that gained recognition both at home and abroad, allowing Aneeqah
to work with diverse cultures and personalities. Aneeqah is experienced in key styling and assistant styling and genuinely enjoys both roles. Her creative process includes crafting briefs, mood boards, and style guides for photoshoots. She also takes pride in sourcing wardrobes and props that align perfectly with the client’s vision. Her passions for trend research and creative storytelling drive her to make productions run seamlessly and on schedule.
