In the last few days, the amount of videos and speculation that is going around is absolutely horrible.

Now there are videos making the rounds of yesterday, come on people, have a heart, would you want to see that of your loved one?

Mainstream Media houses are writing incorrect reports and people are commenting on posts that were not there but making wild accusations.

I will keep reporting accounts for sharing these insensitive videos and I will keep correcting media houses who pull stories from the air to get likes and shares.

How do you live with yourself, posting things for likes and shares!

As Motorsport Media, we are also in trauma, we capture the Drivers every weekend and when one falls, we all fall.

Decency, Respect and Empathy is sorely lacking in this society.

Rest in Peace Marcel Angel

Marcel has been racing for a long time and we were all happy to see him back in the paddock again as he had taken some time out from racing, unfortunately he passed this morning during his race.

Today is an incredibly sad day for his Family, Friends and the Motorsport Family

My thoughts and prayers are with you all 🙏

To the Marshals, Medics and all staff at Killarney, thank you and my condolences to you all too.

SUPERCAR CRASH AT KILLARNEY
The Killarney family are deeply saddened by the passing of experienced Supercar racer Marcel Angel during the Extreme Festival event at Killarney International Raceway on 19 September 2026.

Marcel, 62, of Llandudno, was taking part in the first Supercar race of the day when he crashed at the end of the back straight. Medical personnel and officials were immediately on the scene, but he tragically succumbed to his injuries.

The rest of the Extreme Festival event was cancelled out of respect for the Angel family. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Marcel’s wife Mica, his family and friends during this difficult time.

May he rest in peace.
