IS IT TRUE THAT PEOPLE WHO LAUGH THE LOUDEST ARE USUALLY THE SADDEST?

So, I went ahead to do my research trying to find out if the statement is true. And this is what I found out. There is no concrete scientific evidence to prove that people who laugh the loudest are always the saddest. However, there is some psychological insight that might support this idea.

1. Some research suggests that people who struggle with sadness, anxiety, or depression might use laughter as a coping mechanism to mask their true emotions. This can be a way to temporarily escape or hide their pain. And this is called THE MASKING EFFECT

2. THE PRESSURE TO CONFORM Social norms often dictate that we should appear happy and cheerful, even when we're not feeling that way. People who laugh loudly might be trying to fit in or meet these societal expectations, while secretly struggling with sadness or other emotions.

3. THE DEFENCE MECHANISM Laughter can be a defense mechanism to avoid dealing with uncomfortable or painful emotions. People who laugh loudly might be using humor as a way to distract themselves from their sadness or other negative emotions.

4. THE COMPLEXITY OF HUMAN EMOTIONS It's essential to remember that human emotions are complex and multifaceted. People can experience a wide range of emotions simultaneously, and laughter can be a genuine expression of joy, even for those who struggle with sadness.

While there might be some truth to the idea that people who laugh the loudest are sometimes the saddest, it's not a hard and fast rule. Laughter can be a genuine expression of joy, a coping mechanism, or a defense mechanism, depending on the individual and their circumstances. And while you still have the chance, laugh as much as you can there are alot of benefits. Follow up on the next post about the advantages of laughter.

He Is Not Mine and I Am Not His

We collided like stars in the night
Our hearts beating as one, a fleeting light
But like the morning dew, our love did fade
Leaving only memories, a bittersweet shade

He is not mine, and I am not his
Our love was a moment, a whispered wish
We danced under the moon, our love a sweet refrain
But like the wind, it vanished, leaving only pain

I'll hold on to the memories, the laughter and the tears
But I'll let go of the hope, the longing, the fears
For he is not mine, and I am not his
Our love was a dream, a moment's bliss

In time, the ache will fade, the heart will mend
And though we'll always remember, our love will transcend
Into a bittersweet memory, a what-if, a maybe
A reminder that love can be beautiful, but also fleeting and free.

TRY AGAIN
2024 JUST ENDED AND YET YOU DIDNT ACHIEVE ANY OR SOME OF YOUR PLANS, TRY AGAIN IN 2025.

Don't give up, even when it feels like the easiest option. Every setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and come back stronger.

Remember, success is not final, and failure is not fatal. It's the courage to continue that counts.

You've made it through tough days before, and you can do it again. Draw on your inner strength, take a deep breath, and try again.

Believe in yourself, your abilities, and your dreams. You are capable of achieving greatness, even if it takes a few more attempts.

So, don't be afraid to try again. You got this!

You are not the only one who has failed before. When you try again you are at a better chance of succeeding. Have a look at the below men and women

1.Thomas Edison was told by his teachers he was "too stupid to learn anything." He was also fired from several jobs for being "unproductive." However, he went on to hold over 1,000 patents, including the phonograph and practical electric lamp.

2. Walt Disney was fired from his first job as an animator and was told he "lacked creativity." He also went bankrupt several times before finally achieving success with the creation of Mickey Mouse

3. Steven Spielberg was rejected twice by the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. He also faced significant criticism and rejection early in his career, but went on to become one of the most successful film directors of all time

1. J.K. Rowling was a single mother living on welfare when she began writing the first Harry Potter book. She faced rejection from 12 publishers before finally securing a book deal

2. Arianna Huffington received nearly 40 rejection notices for her second book. She also failed in her bid to become governor of California, but went on to found The Huffington Post and become a successful entrepreneur

3. Oprah Winfrey was fired from her first job as a TV anchor in Baltimore. However, she went on to become one of the most successful media personalities of all time, with a net worth of over $2.5 billion

Love is the bond of perfection. Regardless of the imperfections, weakness and failures of another partner if the love is still there, there is hope.
