I’ve decided to take a short step back from being constantly active on Facebook.
Not because I’m giving up — but because I’m choosing rest, healing, and alignment.
I will still share my poems and words when my spirit is ready.
I refuse to create from pressure, pain, or exhaustion.
I choose quality over noise, truth over trends.
This journey has taught me that even warriors need to pause,
and rest is not weakness — it’s wisdom.

We wake up to another day carrying heavy hearts. The ongoing gang shootings around our townships in Cape Town remind us that many of us are not safe even in our own communities. Let us stay alert, protect one another, and avoid dangerous areas where possible.
I pray for protection over our families, our children, and our streets. May peace replace violence, and may today be kinder than yesterday. 🙏🤍
