Peach Overlanding

Peach Overlanding I’m a laid-back South African kid with a heart condition, but that doesn’t stop me from living life to the fullest.

Whether it’s tackling tough 4×4 trails or exploring the great unknown through overlanding, I’m all about pushing the limits! Whether it’s tackling tough 4×4 trails or exploring the great unknown through overlanding, I’m all about pushing the limits and making every moment count. Adventure isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of life. Join me as I navigate the wild terrains, defy the odds, and turn every

challenge into a story worth telling. The name Peach comes from Princess Peach in Super Mario, and since my name is Mario, it just fits perfectly. I started this blog to share tips on modifying the Suzuki JB74 for off-roading and to document my adventures with this build. The idea for the blog came when I was searching for information about the Jimny and had to dig through endless forum pages to find what I needed. Now, I aim to make it easier for fellow enthusiasts by putting everything in one place.

Took the Jimny out on the Cape Route Rally through the Hex River Valley.

Proper good weekend with big views, rocky tracks, and the usual Jimny nonsense. Small car, questionable driver, surprisingly capable little machine.

Just a P*es and his Porsche 🤷‍♂️ (as reviewed by my neighbours) 🤣

Owning this Cayenne lately has just been me unlocking new service items every week.

Oil pressure sensor is likely faulty, coolant has finally been sourced, brake fluid is next, and the overheating issue is still under investigation. So basically, still deep in the “be responsible before mods” phase.

The upside is that once all the boring stuff is sorted, the fun starts properly. Lift kit (Lets just say it is going to be big, unlike the other things.), boot setup, products in the works, and hopefully some proper wheel decisions soon.

Also, silver or black rims? I am thinking sliver and a black wrap 👀

It looked like an obstacle in the car, I swear 🤷‍♂️
