EMM - Extreme Model Management Extreme Model Management is one of the top Modeling Agency's and the biggest Model Academy in KZN.

Since 2006 our motto is to bring out the best in each person, teaching each one what their strengths are, how to recognize and deal with their weaknesses, and to use it to the best of their ability. Students do not just learn the tools to be a great model but most of all they learn to become confident, well adjusted young people. We proved that we are much more than just another model academy. Joining the EMM Academy didn’t just change how I walk, it transformed how I carry myself in everyday life.

I came looking for guidance but I found a community that believed in me before I even believed in myself.

EMM unlocked a raw confidence I didn’t know I had.

Beyond the poses, it taught me discipline, self-respect and real accountability.

I walked away with a clear purpose and the blueprint to go after everything I want.

🔥 MY JOURNEY WITH EMM - Nicole Botes 🔥

EMM has honestly helped me become a more confident version of myself. When I first joined, I didn’t realise how much I would grow, not just in modelling, but as a person.

EMM is like my second home. It’s a place where I feel comfortable being myself, where I’ve made friendships , and where I know I have people who support and believe in me.

They’ve taught me how to carry myself, keep my head up, find my stride, and believe in myself even when I don’t always feel confident. They’ve also shown me that I don’t always have to stand strong alone. They’ve been there for me, encouraged me, and reminded me that it’s okay to lean on people who genuinely care.

The confidence I’ve gained doesn’t stay at EMM. I carry it with me every day, whether I’m on the netball court, at school, with friends, or anywhere else. EMM has taught me to stand out, be myself, and never be afraid to show who I am.

EMM is more than just an academy to me. It’s my second home, a place where I’ve grown, found support, and learned to hold my head high no matter where life takes me.

You never know who is looking up to you.

Sometimes, we don't realise the impact we have simply by being ourselves.

A little sister watching her big sister.
A young girl watching a teenager.
A teenager watching a woman.
A woman discovering that she is still growing, still becoming, still worthy.

This is EMM Sisterhood. ❤️

A place where generations meet.

Beyond modelling, photography, confidence and personal development, there is something much deeper at the heart of what we do — connection.

The hugs.
The laughter.
The encouragement.
The friendships.
The moments when someone simply needs to know, “You're not alone.”

These are the moments that show we are not just building models… We are building people. ❤️

Love is something we can give away — through kindness, compassion, encouragement, patience and simply showing up for one another.
