Romans 5:3-4 -

Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.

Lets pray

"Dear God, I come to You today seeking hope and healing for my body, mind, and spirit. I am hurting and in need of Your comfort and grace. Please give me the strength to face each day with courage and determination, and to trust in Your plan for my life." Help me to keep my focus on You when the pain and hurt are overwhelming. Help me be faithful and see the good and blessings surrounding me. Please strengthen my mind, heart, and body, and heal me today. May the Holy Spirit guide me in peace and comfort. Amen."
