As the Retail Store Manager, youโll manage daily store functions across all departments, ensuring operational efficiency and achieving sales targets.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Oversee all store departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
โข Manage shrinkage levels to meet company targets.
โข Implement policies and procedures to minimise stock loss and enhance inventory control.
โข Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost sales.
โข Recruit, train, and develop store employees, creating a positive and productive work environment.
โข Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive deals.
โข Allocate budgets and manage store finances to maximise profitability.
โข Evaluate sales reports, analyse customer feedback, and implement changes for improved satisfaction.
โข Plan and implement strategies to increase store footfall and attract new customers.
โข Ensure high standards of store presentation, product quality, and customer service.
โข Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies as needed.
โข Set sales targets for the sales team and review performance regularly.
โข Oversee HR functions, including staff management and disciplinary processes.
โข Lead and mentor assistant managers to enhance their leadership skills.
โข Foster teamwork and collaboration within the store team.
