For the 1st episode of women’s month, we thought it would be a great idea to invite practising a gynaecologist. He had a lot of great insights to share with us about reproduction, vaginal rejuvenation — very informative so be sure to lock in and grasp a thing or two.

Imagine knowing someone for the longest time only to find out that you will carry on with life without them. See that vow we make when we at the alter “till death do us apart”, yes that one fam.. we say it but not really realizing the depth of it. No one prepares themselves to have a life partner that will someday be out of the picture, not waking up next to them and figuring life out on your own. See that one cuts into deep, losing your partner, friend, cheerleader, advisor, joker, and a father/mother of your children. That is indeed tragic, and no amount of healing can equate to losing a soulmate.

On today’s episode, we bring you one of Eastern Cape's sensational TV personalities who goes by the name Chi Chi DiMera. She joins us to talk about “soft life chronicles “, stick around to actually see how that life partakes -- the pros and cons of living that life and how to survive it. We have seen a lot of those happening through coming from a well off family, whereby you use your parents money to live the soft life or maybe depend on a man to make yourself experience soft life.. and trust me we all know the implications that comes with it.

We learn everyday, we don't judge but embrace those who stay through to self during certain moments in their lives, I believe that most of us did go through this phase and took those shenanigans and everything inbetween to learn from them. Soft life requires more of the soul than anything else, imagine at times you try to keep some company through bending some rules.. it also happens that you lose most of yourself in the process of pleasing others.

They say YOLO (you only live once) but I say live your life to the most, make informed decisions so that you don't find yourself regretting some moments.. also keep in mind that there is still tomorrow. Be responsible and take accountability, your life is not something to toy with but something worth living and enjoying. Yes this life no be balance, I hope you get that fam… love and light.

Engagement will be much appreciated fam, enjoy navigators and leave a comment.

Cheating is one of the most common and difficult traumas that we face in our relationships with our partners. Every time that happens you ask yourself, what are you doing wrong and does he/she still love you. Imagine being so insecure simply because one saw a chance to betray you, the union and the people who somehow are involved (family and friends).

Relationships are so easy, we just complicate them with silly stuff. It only takes compromising some standards where necessary, making sure your partner feels seen, loved and appreciated. Revive the lost spark to avoid finding yourself in the same cycle, a repetition of the same events with different individuals. Best believe me, I have been there and it never did me any good, it just made the relationship to have many unnecessary and uncomfortable bumps . Let us take charge and control our feelings, we don't need to always act upon them.. as they can lead astray.

Questions that victims of cheating ask themselves:

Why cheat?
Why compromise your partner based on sexual needs, attention and so on?
Why do you have to do something because you have desires that you feel the relationship is no longer serving?
Why betrayal?
Why not you working to bring back the spark to your relationship?

Have you found yourself in a similar situation ending up asking yourself one of the above questions? Let's engage.

Allow me to introduce you to our guest who's a practicing Psychologist, Dr. Mncedisi Zulu. As a child of colour, you will very much relate. On today’s serving, we are touching on a very sensitive subject that will or may cut deep and remind you of the unpleasant, traumatic and painful circumstances that we as black children face. Stay with me fam, let’s stick to this one and unpack as much as possible because this is our cross. [To watch full episode: https://youtu.be/YJhX7LVgpok?si=gFR0DUUK_gfBfW1O ]

The expectations outweighs the resources that we currently have, now we need to put ourselves last and put the family first. We all had been given the chance to change our lives however, some have decided to not make use of the opportunity given. Don’t get me wrong fam, giving back to your family is one big huge achievement and I do advocate for that.

When it comes to your mental health, be weary of what causes that and address it on time. Families do put us under a lot of pressure and stress, protect your peace at all cost. Do you know of how many lives we have lost according to the stresses that our families has put us through?

In this episode we urge and plead with our black families to not be hard on us and let us do what we can and not put us under unnecessary pressures. It will all work out,we just need to give each other some time.

Family your thoughts on the matter will be much appreciated, stay tuned and spread love.
