WANTED POST ALERT 🚨 | COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE REQUEST

Emalahleni News 24/7 has received a complaint from a community member seeking assistance in resolving an alleged financial dispute involving Bonginkosi Nzama.

According to the complainant, the matter dates back to 13 January 2026 and allegedly occurred at a site in Duvha, near the back of Mpungwe Hospital.

The complainant says they were informed by a friend about an opportunity for a dozer operator position at a mining site. Several people reportedly attended the selection process, where they were required to test the machine.

According to the complainant, the following day they were contacted and informed that they had not passed the machine test. However, the complainant alleges that Bonginkosi Nzama, who they say presented himself as an HR representative from Hulisa Mining, subsequently contacted them and offered to “make a plan” if they could send him R1,000, which was allegedly intended for his boss.

The complainant says that, out of desperation to secure employment, they sent the R1,000.

According to the complainant, Bonginkosi subsequently arranged for them to undergo a medical examination, driver-related requirements and an induction. However, the complainant alleges that after these steps were completed, they were never provided with further information about the job.

The complainant says they have repeatedly attempted to contact Bonginkosi to request the return of their money, but allege that they have instead received repeated promises without the matter being resolved.

Company reportedly mentioned: Hulisa Mining

Purpose of payment, according to complainant:

• Allegedly to assist with securing the employment opportunity.

The complainant says they have supporting proof and communication relating to the matter, including documentation showing how the alleged transaction and subsequent interactions took place.

The complainant is appealing to Bonginkosi Nzama to make contact and provide an explanation or resolve the outstanding matter.
If you have legitimate and verified information that may assist in contacting Bonginkosi regarding this complaint, please contact the complainant directly or Emalahleni News 24/7 privately.

If you are Bonginkosi Nzama, you are welcome to contact us and provide your side of the matter. Your response can be included in any further update where appropriate.

WANTED POST ALERT 🚨 | COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE REQUEST

Emalahleni News 24/7 has received a complaint from a person seeking assistance in locating Martin Mgcina, a psychologist whom the complainant says previously operated a practice in Ermelo and is believed to now be somewhere in Secunda.

According to the complainant, they had a financial dispute with Mgcina after money was allegedly claimed from their medical aid. The complainant says Mgcina subsequently promised to repay the money, but communication became difficult and their number was allegedly blocked.

The complainant further states that they travelled from Ermelo to Secunda in an attempt to locate him after being promised that an amount of R8,000 would be paid at the end of the month.

According to the latest update provided to Emalahleni News 24/7, a payment of R2,000 was received on the, leaving a reported outstanding balance of R6,000.

The complainant says the payment was received without an accompanying message and that they subsequently had to establish who had sent it.

They further allege that communication involving Mgcina's partner has been difficult and that some messages were deleted. The complainant says they have retained screenshots and other documentation relating to the matter.

The complainant has also raised concerns about other people allegedly experiencing similar issues.

WANTED POST UPDATE 🚨 | MARVIN SENZO NKALANGA RESPONDS

Emalahleni News 24/7 is providing a further update regarding the previously reported complaint involving Marvin Senzo Nkalanga and an alleged outstanding balance for services relating to the closure of prescribed accounts.

Following the publication of the original post, the complainant has informed Emalahleni News 24/7 that Marvin contacted him directly.

The complainant says Marvin requested that the remaining documents be sent to him first, with payment to follow afterwards. The complainant declined, stating that she had already completed work previously without receiving the expected payment and therefore no longer trusted that arrangement.

The complainant further states that Marvin requested proof that the work had been completed. In response, the complainant says she provided watermarked specimen documents as proof of the work completed, rather than sending clean, final copies before payment.

According to the complainant, Marvin continued to request the proper, unwatermarked documents and disputed the complainant's position.

Importantly, the complainant says Marvin has now raised a counterclaim, alleging that the complainant is also indebted to him because, according to Marvin, the work has not been fully completed and the remaining documents have not been provided.

This means that the matter is now disputed by both sides, with the parties holding different positions regarding what work remains outstanding, what documents should be provided, and whether any payment is currently due.

Emalahleni News 24/7 has received and reviewed supporting material supplied by the complainant in relation to the original complaint. This includes documentation and correspondence presented to our team. However, reviewing supporting material does not amount to independently determining the legal validity of either party's claim.

Emalahleni News 24/7 encourages both parties to resolve the dispute through direct communication or the appropriate legal channels, using their supporting documentation, payment records and correspondence to establish the facts.

The original complaint was published based on information and supporting material supplied to our team.

If the matter is ultimately resolved, we will gladly provide a further update.
