At the Kyocera Wingz of Change Golf Day on Wednesday, Darren Scott presented Joost van der Westhuizen with a R10 000 donation to be used for his personal medical expenses or his children. The audience members overwhelmed us with their generosity and donated R75 000 more, making it a total of R85 000.

Joost has been a team captain at this golf day for many year and has never missed this golf day, in sickness and health. Respect to a legend.

Eight year's ago Darren Scott and Kurt Darren challenged each other to a sportsmen vs entertainers golf day to raise funds for what was then Good Morning Angels and it has grown into the best annual golf day in the country.

Today Joburg's Hottest Breakfast and team from Hot 91.9 FM showed their support for their personal cancer HEROES and enjoyed a Cupcake in their honour!
ONE Wingz of Change also helped Niselle Naidoo and asks the community to contribute donations to help fund Nisy's bone marrow transplant!

Young James Carle won a competition with our morning radio show, Joburg's Hottest Breakfast, but shortly after lost his father Mark. We sent our condolences to the family and offered to help if there is anything their family needs.
In an act of immeasurable selflessness, James' mom Angela Carle asked that we help a young man she had met instead. Angela says that her late husband Mark Carle had the biggest heart and she now feels guided to continue his kindness in his stead.
