The song is catchy, and the words ring true but what we swap out is “Gold” for “GOAL”… because this is the year of the goal d i g g e r s. Let’s let our CEO unpack this theme of the month in more detail….
“At the end of the year we ensure to reflect on the past, in order to set up nothing but success for the future.
At PHI, we LOVE goals, from goal setting workshops, to weekly goals (every Monday each member states their goals to achieve by Friday) as well as, monthly goals, yearly goals, personal goals, fitness goals…. If you can set them, believe in them, you can achieve them.
Without setting goals (of course ensuring they are the even balance between realistic and challenging enough to push you) we firmly believe that days can turn into weeks, weeks can turn into months, and before you know it - another year has passed and you have NO idea what you achieved or whether you managed to perform at the best of your ability.
I highly encourage the PHI team to set goals both in the workspace and in their personal lives.
Not only the PHI internal team, but our clients too. At PHI, it is so important that when our clients brief us, they have a brand goal in mind that they want to achieve. Since we are KPI driven and results focused, we always ensure to end a campaign off by comparing what we predicted vs what we actually achieved in order to constantly optimise and improve results to better suit the client's business and marketing goals. Throughout this month we wil unpack the different types of goals we can set through influencer marketing and why setting these goals upfront is so important.
