Call for Applications: Made-for-Drama TV Production Funding

The Department of Arts, Culture, Sport, and Recreation (ACSR) invites North West filmmakers to apply for funding under the Made-for-TV Production Slate.
The slate encourages film practitioners to submit projects in the following categories:

*Documentary films (short documentaries, series, or feature documentaries)
*Fictional drama series,
*Soap operas.

This call targets filmmakers with proven experience who are able to deliver high-quality productions.
The initiative seeks compelling stories rooted in the North West Province, with a strong focus on promoting Setswana language and culture.
Projects must highlight the province’s rich heritage, unique narratives, and diverse communities. All productions must be filmed within the North West Province.

A checklist of required documents is included in the application pack.
Applications may be submitted at District and Service Point Offices, as well as at the Gaabomotho Building. Alternatively, NO emailed applications will be considered.
