We agree to the following for your requirements::
Payments to be made before 7th of the month addition fine of R20 will be charged for late payment s
Each member is given policy number as a reference
Receipt will be given for cash payments as proof of payment
We agree to provide the following services:::
a)To transport the deceased to the specified destination in less than two weeks. b) Tran
sport of a13 seater Quantum and a 7 seater is provided for long distance depending on policy
c) Good running cars and drivers who not likely to cause danger to the travellers
d)In the event of breakdown where the driver can not fix the problem ,we will provide the back up transport
e) Policy comes with a complementary grocery for international burials
f)For local burials we provide with a 13 seater transport and a Hearse, and grave mark
g) A claim of up to R10000 is offered if policy holder prefers it instead of full burial cover we offer also depending on policy and the verification of deaths
Required Service Halls
a)Are big , clean halls properly managed , enough chairs matching membership and others
Service During Death
a)A timely collection of the deceased when the person dies at home where there is no mortuary the policy holder to contact the office any time
b)We collect the deceased from home (Zim) to our mortuary then after all communication with family we provide a kombi with a trailer to transport the deceased to the place of burial
Information
a) Our clients will keep informed of any other developments in the environment annually
b)The policies covers dependents of your own choice no age limit
The following service after the burial at home
The driver and the car to stay at night where the burial took place ,( you can also cannot use the vehicle for any other function after funeral ,but it's open for negotiation with the driver
Any assistance the membership can account during the travel ,but will not transport members without valid travel documents
