🌍 *Water Crisis in Kokosi, Fochville: A Community in Struggle*

Residents of Kokosi Location in Fochville are facing an ongoing water crisis that has left many households struggling to access this basic necessity. The situation has reached a point where desperation and uncertainty have become part of daily life for many families.

While a water truck occasionally delivers relief to the community, it’s far from enough. Not everyone manages to get their share, leaving some residents empty-handed and forced to find alternative sources to meet their needs. For many, this means long walks to neighboring areas or relying on the kindness of others to provide water for cooking, cleaning, and drinking. The sight of residents lining up with buckets and containers, hoping to get even a small amount of water, has become heartbreakingly familiar.

This crisis comes as part of a broader issue affecting the Merafong City Municipality, which includes Fochville and Kokosi. According to reports, the municipality has been grappling with water shortages due to restrictions imposed by Rand Water. Despite efforts to offset debts and stabilize the supply, consistency remains a major problem, with reservoirs at critically low levels and disruptions becoming more frequent ¹ ².

For the residents of Kokosi, however, this isn’t just about statistics or municipal updates—it’s about survival. Water is life, and without it, daily routines are disrupted, hygiene is compromised, and the dignity of the community is eroded. Many residents feel forgotten, left to fend for themselves while promises of solutions remain unfulfilled.

As a community, we need answers and action. This crisis demands urgent intervention from local authorities, Rand Water, and the Merafong Municipality. We call on these stakeholders to prioritize the needs of Kokosi residents and ensure that the delivery of water is consistent and equitable. Everyone deserves access to clean water—it’s not a privilege; it’s a right.

To those reading this, let’s amplify our voices. Share this post, talk about the issue, and demand accountability. Kokosi cannot afford to be ignored any longer. Together, we can push for change and ensure that no one in our community is left without the water they need to live.

💧 Water is life. Let’s fight for it.

Attorney Carel Benjamin Schoeman(35) is accused of buying a 13 year old girl from her mother for R160 000. Carel used to r**e her everyday according to the accused(little girl).

Carel Schoeman apparently locked the child in a room without food and water. He allegedly r**ed her repeatedly, multiple times a day. He would sometimes let the child out only to clean his office. He would refer to his downpayment in a joking way as lobola.

Apparently he has said that he didnt know the child was 13 because her mother advertised her as 18 YEARS OLD.
He allegedly booked a session with the child. Carel had a few more sessions with the child and allegedly APPROACHED THE CHILD'S MOTHER TO BUY HER FOR R160 000 together with a motor vehicle. He even made a downpayment of R24 000. On a human guys. A CHILD!!!!

Mothers are doing heinous things to their children. This childs Mother allegedly advertised the sexual services of both her children(daughters) on multiple adult websites. This mother would hire out places and book up to ten sessions a day for each child.

But an ATTORNEY responded to advert and subsequently bought a child! Apparently Carel Benjamin Schoeman is still practicing law in our country?

WTF?
WHAT THE ACTUAL *UCK?

That USED PHONE you just bought from your guy, may already have a police case file waiting for you.

Used phone, brand-new problem!!!

Many second-hand phones are:

1. Stolen: meaning the real owner can track it and report you.

2. Evidence in a crime: once the police trace it, you are the one holding it. Possession of stolen goods is a criminal offence.

Legal implications:

You can be arrested for receiving stolen property (even if you didn’t know). You may spend days or weeks trying to prove you’re not the thief.

You could lose both the phone and your money and still end up with a criminal record (these include a car). Always demand a receipt, proof of ownership, and buy from a traceable source.

That “cheap deal” might cost you your freedom.
