**Public Appeal: Refund and Accountability for Ednice and Husband "Chixas"**

Ednice, a registered nurse in Belfast, and her husband, "Chixas," are facing serious allegations after collecting a total of £75,000 from a group of 15 individuals in January 2024. Each person paid £5,000, some in cash and others via bank transfer, in exchange for promises of securing skilled worker jobs at Ednice's workplace in Belfast. She assured the group the placements would be arranged within four weeks, but nearly a year later, no jobs have been secured, and no refunds have been offered.

Ednice was solely responsible for handling the job placements, and despite repeated requests for updates and refunds, she and her husband have failed to provide clear answers or a timeline for when the jobs will be delivered. Their refusal to address the issue or return the funds has left those who paid feeling deceived and financially exploited.

As a registered nurse, Ednice’s involvement in this scheme is deeply troubling. Her actions raise serious questions about her integrity and her respect for the law, especially in relation to exploiting the skilled worker visa route for personal gain.

We are calling for a full refund of the £75,000 or, at the very least, payment plans to return the money to those affected. Additionally, we urge Ednice's employer to conduct an internal investigation into her conduct, as she promised job placements at her workplace. Anyone with further information is encouraged to come forward.

It is time for Ednice and her husband to take responsibility, return the money, and demonstrate accountability. Those who trusted them deserve transparency and action.

I am here to report The company called ‘CHESLYN ADVISORY’
this company is based in the United Kingdom. The manager of this company goes out to her homeland Pakistan and promises low income families that she will offer them recruitment and sponsorship with her company in order to extort money off them. She has extorted more than £100,000 in this crime we have made a home office immigration fraud complaint which is currently under investigation. We have attached all the proof of people complaining of what this lady has done. She uses her children as her accomplice. She previously hired some employees to be taken cash into their main accounts to transfer it to her, we have a receipts of everything , most of the conversation is in order but we have also paid a professional interpreter to interpret everything to the home office including the phone calls and the voice messages. This woman has used her company to extort vulnerable people out of cash. She has left people feeling suicidal and when people are calling her and telling her to return her money, she is threatening them to call the police because she knows that she’s in the United Kingdom and the police will come to her defence but this is what she’s doing back home using her company as a recruitment agency lying that she’s selling Home office visas and sponsorships. We currently have a reference number and we have posted her pictures all over Facebook. We have contacted a lady who does documentaries with panorama to have a look at it and we have made a police report , we have attached pictures of her name and photograph herself. She needs to be investigated and needs to be dissolved before somebody actually dies from the tragedy that she is causing these innocent people.
