"When I started this project I had R720 000 in savings that’s 2022 Aug and I went and took the debt of R400 000 and the total cost of the project was R1 120 000

December the project was complete and running then in 2023 I stared working towards paying off the dept and I manage to settle R350 000 or all debt I had got through the bank, I don’t owe any bank for this project I only owe a person R50 000 which when I told that person I want to settle it they said don’t be in a hurry be doing other things so by 25 August I could settle it but instead I’m diverting the money into settling my car which by the 25 Sep it should be settled.

In other words for this project I injected R1 070 000 of raw money which is 100% my own money like not owing anything just for this one alone.

In 2020 I did a project for R804 000 cash from my savings,
When I tell people that I’ve saved more than R2 000 000 of money in my saving journey they think it’s impossible.

I’m taking raw money not the debt I have which is also very huge debt for other of my projects/properties.

The dept is way huge compared to money I have injected.

Now in my bank as I speak I only have R20 000 savings and I don’t worry about savings because I have injected above R2 000 000 of my savings on property, I could be showing you savings of more than R2 000 000 sitting in the bank but I decided to offload savings into bricks and mortar.

N.b I have no money now and don’t call me or inbox to say do you invest in other peoples projects cause I only have R20 000.

Ladies and gentleman even if 90% of people can say this saving things is lies, we have lived it and benefited from it - we never stole money but we saved and did number of projects and our side business flourished.

All my 2Bedrooms and bachelors are fully occupied but even if I can be without 1 tenant I can still afford everything cause I build this things from my pocket.

I don’t have problem with debts and it can put you in an advantage to use debt to do your projects I just use both debt and savings cause where I can’t access debt I have savings and most of the income from investments end up being mine but I am 100% for debt that is good and well managed."
