You know my child I was so angry that day and heartbroken when Hayley left and the reason was you. I woke up early in the morning and went out to jog just a few kilometres, when I came back I took a shower and wore my jeans and white oversized hoodie and drove to aunt Grace's house. The place haven't changed a bit, the garden was the same the flowers were still beautiful and the yard always clean and neat. I went to rang the doorbell and she immediately open the door. When she saw me she could not believe she was filled with embarrassment and tears flowed down her cheeks and she just closed the door.I guess she was embarrassed to look at me after the things that happen. I decided to sit there outside the house until she opened the door, I wanted to talk to her.

After two hours she opened the door surely thinking I left but I was there waiting patiently for her to get out of the house and I met her on her door.

Prudence please I can't do this right now I'm so disappointed and failed to keep my promise, I really can't do this now.

I went to her and hugged her so tight that I didn't even want to let go of her and my eyes filled with tears.

I don't care all about the embarrassment and the promise you failed to keep. All I want is a mother love and you are the only parent I have, and that means you are my mother.

But Prud tell me how am I supposed to give that love again if I failed to keep my promise and how I chased you away when you needed me the most. I shut the door on your face instead of comforting you and give you a should to cry on.

After we dropped Jeason off we went back home, the house was very quiet and so lonely.I cooked and we ate afterwards we slept in my room. The things we always the same, Jeason always came to check up sometimes took TJ with him for the whole week and Innocent was still in jail and it has been five months. I felt very sorry for him and his family.

My lonely life kept going but I always buried myself with a lot of work to hide my loneliness. I pushed myself very hard and my company was taking a huge step forward.

But that did not even helped me to feel better I was always lonely. Then some day I suddenly missed having my aunt besides me but I didn't know why she chased me out of her house. But I will go and see her tomorrow.

I quickly put him to bed and read a bed time story for him and he fell asleep.I looked at him, he was like his father and I do miss him sometimes the way he held me close and the way he looked deep in my eyes when we kissed. I missed him so much that I even thought of calling him but the was nothing I could say to him and he got arrested anyway.

I went downstairs to watch TV and Jeason was there in sitting on the sofa. He looked very stressed.

Yeah I have something to tell you, I bought a house yesterday and I don't know what I'm going to do I promised TJ that I won't leave ever again and what if something happens to both of you since I'm no longer around.

I quickly got the takeaways and went home it was already late when I arrived home. TJ and his uncle were watching TV. I quickly prepared food for them and they ate and I took TJ to his bedroom to sleep but he wanted to chat before he sleep.

Mom you know that man from yesterday uncle Innocent he told me lot of things about you and that makes me angry because you never told me about those things.

What did he say about me. (Murmuring) I'm going to kill him what kind of an older person tell the child such things and I'm sure he told him bad things because he hates me.

He told me how sweet you were and very loving person, kind and the way you always begged him to take you to the park since you loved swinging and how you would scream so loud when he pushed you so high.

Baby that was long ago I even forgot that I used to do that kind of stuff and I'm so sorry for not telling you some of the things okay.

Innocent I know him he was the person I loved with my heart and I almost thought this was the men I will start building my family with and get married to him but unfortunately he got me pregnant and we had a stupid arguement then he left went to America too but I don't blame him though he didn't know I was pregnant neither do I. I knew after two months he left and didn't bother to let him know because he broke my heart during the arguement.

I'm sorry Prudence and it seems you went through a lot raising the kid on your own, heartbreak and surely the hard work you put to get your child a better future. That is a lot.

I woke up the following day and helped TJ to dress up and took him to school. Jayden went to work and I decided to go office too since the was nothing to do in house rather than regretting the whole day and feeling sorry for Innocent.

I arrived at the office, the minute I started to sit down I started to think about about Innocent and how is he and how is his parents doing since they are old really can't believe their son went to jail just because of me but instead of keep worrying about other people who don't even care about me I buried myself with a lot of work in the office and helping my workers with things they struggled with.

After that long day at the office I decided to stop by at the shops to buys takeaways since I lazy and tired to cook.On my way inside the shop I bumped into Leon, Hayley's and ex boyfriend.

It was not only regret that I felt but along with guilt, what kind of a mother I was.I keep my son away from his father and I guess Innocent was right about me, I am a very selfish person I don't think about others feelings and now he is arrested because of my selfishness.I should've stopped Hayley about involving the police in this matter.I wonder how are his parents and sisters and his wife obviously, but this will surely teach him a lesson.

What am I even saying what kind of a lesson, taking his son but he should have talked to me first but he knew I was not going to allow that.Oh my god Prudence you are so cruel.But he didn't have any right to take my child without my permission.

I looked at him he looked exactly like Innocent.But anyway I took him to bed and laid down with him and hold him close to myself and he fell asleep in my arms, he was so cute exactly when he slept.
