Lawley Updates Lawley is a township in City of Johannesburg in the Gauteng province of South Africa. some 8 km south of Lenasia.

Named after Sir Arthur Lawley, Lieutenant-Governor ofTransvaal from 1902 to 1906, when he became Governor of Madras.

66% of former professional footballers believe Cristiano Ronaldo has a had a better career than Lionel Messi 😮

Messi and Ronaldo have dominated the current generation with the vast majority of fans admitting they are the first and second best footballer of the 21st century - though not many can agree on what order 👀

Messi spent the majority of his career dominating with Barcelona before joining Paris-Saint-Germain and finishing his career with Inter Miami in the United States. He won the World Cup and the Copa America (x2) with Argentina.

Ronaldo burst on the scene at Manchester United before joining Real Madrid, Juventus and now Al Nassr. He won a league title in three different countries and helped Portugal win Euro 2016 and a Nations League trophy.

A study conducted by The Athletic in 2023 asked former footballers 'who has had the better career, Messi or Ronaldo?'

66 per cent of voters opted for Ronaldo, compared to just 34 per cent for Messi 🤔

However, when asked about which of the two they would have preferred to have played, Messi won by a landslide vote of 72 per cent to 28 per cent 👀

So there you have it, the GOAT debate has been settled 👑
