In 2018 I started trying to make YouTube videos, but fast forward 8 years and I only have one post on my channel even though I’ve been telling myself I would make more content for ages.

So I’m using this as my way to stay accountable and I’m starting a new challenge to post at least one long form YouTube video every week without stopping until I get that 100k subscriber plaque 🙏

3 years ago I made what was probably the most difficult decision of my life and changed my mission from becoming a professional cyclist to becoming a professional runner.

I had loved running since I was like 5 years old but I spent most of my life cycling and after switching sports to running at 17 years old I basically just got injured every second week.

But I have always figured that life would be boring if we didn’t shoot for the highest possible goals because we’ve only got one shot at living so we might as well make it count.

So it sounds crazy to believe that someone who joined the sport at the same age as someone who is literally beating Olympic champions will be able to perform at the highest level, but I believe it’s possible from the bottom of my heart and I’m going to document the whole journey starting now 🙏
