Alright, here’s my concept of how an iPhone SE 4 can work in 2026.
Instead of replacing or being replaced by the iPhone e-series (iPhone 17e this year), I believe it can coexist alongside the iPhone e as the entry-level iPhone.
In this case, I used the iPhone 13 mini design. As this could also give the iPhone mini a good chance to succeed. I believe the mini failed due to market position. It was positioned as a flagship, while most people associate small phones as budget phones. By positioning the mini as an SE, the cheapest iPhone in the lineup, it finally gives that form factor a chance to succeed.
It also gives the e line a good position in the lineup as some people might not want a small phone, but still want a cheaper iPhone with a newer design and newer features (like Dynamic Island this year)
