Beetroot salads

❤️Raw beetroot, Apple and mayonnaise
-Peel both apple, beetroot and grate mix together and add mayonnaise
💖Raw beetroot, onion and green pepper
-Peel and cut your beetroot into cubes or grated
-fry chopped onions and green pepper, add your beetroot fry until soft then let it cool, then add chutney
💓Boil your beetroot put it aside, fry onion as and robot peppers (green, red, yellow) add stock cube put aside to get cold, then add grated beetroot, Aromat and chutney
💛Cook and dice your beetroot add green apple, chutney and little bit of Mayonaise
💚Grill your beetroot and let cool, then add chutney and feta cheese
💙Grill your beetroot and let it cool add fruit cocktail can with the syrup and refrigerate it
💞Cook your beetroot,add banana and red apples and add chutney
💘Cook your beetroot dice and add sugar and vinegar

So today l made it like this

Beetroot
Onion
Vinegar
Baked beans
Black pepper

-Cook your beetroot and dice, cubes add onion, baked beans, vinegar and black pepper to taste mix together
-refrigerate for 30mins or you can do it overnight
And enjoy 😋
- you can enjoy it like that or serve it with what you want
- It is well balanced the sour comes from the vinegar and the sweeteness comes from the baked beans, then onion and black pepper 😋

Cupcakes recipe

Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 110g margarine
- ½ cup milk (plus ½ teaspoon vinegar to make buttermilk)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Make buttermilk: Mix ½ cup milk with ½ teaspoon vinegar. Set aside.
3. Cream margarine and sugar together.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Add vanilla essence.
6. Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) together.
7. Mix dry ingredients with margarine mixture.
8. Add buttermilk mixture.
9. Pour batter into cupcake liners.
10. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Tip: To calculate ⅔ of a quantity, you can multiply the number by 2 and then divide by 3, or simply add ⅓ + ⅓! For example, to measure ⅔ cup sugar, you can use ⅓ cup + ⅓ cup.

"Roasted Potatoes Recipe 🥔

Ingredients:

- Potatoes
- Garlic salt
- Chilli powder
- Italian herb
- Cooking oil

Method ;

1. Peel, cut into cubes, and wash your potatoes.
2. Put into a bowl, add all spices, drizzle oil, and mix together.
3. In a baking pan, drizzle oil and add your potatoes.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown, flipping them during baking.

Serve with anything you like I served mine with scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes, and caramelized onions 🍳🍅👌

Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (or ½ cup) sugar
- ½ cup oil / unsalted butter, melted
- 6 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup milk

Method
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter /oil, milk, mashed bananas, and vanilla essence
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and let cool in the sheet for 10 minutes.
8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

I saw this shape of donuts and I say let me give it a try 🍩👀

Donut Recipe 🍰

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm water (around 105°F to 115°F, add more when it's needed)
- Extra white sugar for coating

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
2. Add warm water and mix until the dough is combined.
3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead in the margarine.
4. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
5. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape and trim the sides.
7. Cut into long strips and roll each strip to form a donut shape.
8. Place the donuts on a baking tray lined with small pieces of parchment paper, sprinkled with a little flour to prevent sticking.
9. Cover and let the donuts rest for 9-10 minutes.
10. Heat oil in a pan or pot over low-medium heat (be careful not to overheat) and deep-fry the donuts until golden brown.
11. Coat the donuts in extra white sugar and serve.

Classic Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup + 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg
- 120g of margarine (softened)
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the margarine and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence until well combined.
4. Gradually add the flour n pinch of salt , mixing until a dough forms.
5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Place the dough on parchment paper and roll out to your desired thickness (about 1/4 inch). Use a fork to create lines on top of the dough.
7. Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes. You can also use a glass or a knife to create shapes.
8. Place the cut-out cookies on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each cookie.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Yield: 30 cookies depending on the size of the cutters

Tips:

- Use softened margarine for easier mixing.
- Chill the dough to help the cookies retain their shape.
- Keep an eye on the cookies while they're baking, as the baking time may vary depending on your oven.
