Now I understand the concept of "buk wors" (bending down wors). You braai it whilst you "buk" and dont braai it dry in order for the juices in the wors to still be there. That will make you "buk" as you eat it as the juices will be splashing all over. Aaii 'n lekker worsie soos 'n kreker😋😋😋.
So far in our travels in Botswana we have tasted wors from Food Lover's Market at the Square Mart as well as from Gaborone Butchery from our buddy Musa, I just forgot his surname. We now need to try the wors from at Westgate Mall.
Had it not been for the prohibition to bring in meat and meat products into Botswana we would have taken along our trusted kameelhout wors or plaas wors from our trusted butcher Rashaad Fredericks of Barkly Road Muslim Butchery😜.
Can our Muslim followers who are based in Botswana recommend to us where we can get the best halaal wors in your country. Especially around Lobatse, Gaborone, Francistown or Maun.
