Behind every powerful story is a team that knows how to capture the moment. Meet Jacob Vusi Letebele, aka Privilege, and Tiisetso Perseverance Tabane, the creative minds contributing to the Camera Department of Kabelo.
Jacob Vusi Letebele (Privilege) is a young and ambitious filmmaker, actor, producer and director from Jouberton, South Africa. He is the founder and visionary behind Privilege Entertainment and Production. His passion for film and storytelling began at a young age, growing from a dream in the kasi into a mission to tell real, raw and inspiring township stories.
Jacob has produced and directed projects including Jouberton Lifestyle, which captures the essence, struggles and energy of his hometown, as well as Lesedi La Joubetina. With experience both behind and in front of the camera, Jacob continues to build his craft while pursuing his studies. His vision is to tell untold stories, put Jouberton on the map and create opportunities for the next generation of filmmakers, actors and creatives. He isn't just making films — he is building a legacy.
Joining him is Tiisetso Perseverance Tabane, a 20-year-old passionate creative with a love for capturing meaningful moments. Tiisetso is a photographer, videographer, sound technician and producer, bringing a versatile set of skills to every production.
He is currently involved with AfroazaniaMedia, where he is developing his skills in cinematography and studio directing, while also gaining experience as a sound technician and operator with Jikanathi Production CC. Tiisetso currently works with AfroazaniaMedia TV and has collaborated with Toolkit Graphs, Alvin0h Production, Jikanathi Production and ALOI Multimedia Ministry.
Together, Jacob and Tiisetso bring different experiences, skills and perspectives to the Camera Department, helping transform the vision of Kabelo into visuals that can be seen, felt and remembered. 🎬📸
