This wasn't the post we wanted to make tonight.
But we need your help. And the situation has now become dire. This is not us being dramatic - just honest.
If we are honest, we've been in a downward spiral since June. Winter time is always difficult, but this year has been particularly bad. Less adoptions, fewer donations, and fewer visitors.
We've been scrambling to make ends meet every month, barely scraping by thanks to the generous donations from our supporters. But looking at our finances, there is no way we will be making it to the end of the month.
Our fundraiser we launched in May? The little money we have raised has gone towards our vetbill. So we won't be getting new cages.
Our fence is broken, falling apart, but that would have to wait, too. At this moment, we just need to raise enough to get us through this month - to pay wages, water, and electricity and vetbills.
