CSX attended the Public Library Seminar on the 3rd of September 2025 that was held in Cape Town.This is a forum for library professionals to discuss how libraries can adapt and remain relevant in a changing environment, focusing on themes like staying current with digital technologies, community development, and improving services. Held by the Library and Information Association of South Africa (LIASA), the seminar series allows for knowledge sharing and discussion on the evolving role of libraries, especially in the context of digital transformation and community support.

The Railton Public Library is a cornerstone of community learning and access in the Railton area, established in 1975 and equipped with study spaces, internet-enabled computers, and support for various educational groups. Polokwane Library

The Polokwane Library is located inside the Library Gardens complex on Hans Van Rensburg Street in downtown Polokwane. This site also accommodates the Department of Home Affairs and is situated right next to the Polokwane Art Museum.

It provides services such as:

-Access to Information: Books, journals, and other materials for research and general knowledge.
