Zimbabwean Exemption Permits update: validity extended to 28 May 2027. Until then, ZEP holders are protected from arrest or deportation for not holding a valid exemption certificate, may travel if other requirements are met, and can apply in South Africa for temporary sojourn visas without producing a valid exemption certificate, visa, or authorisation letter.
