To the girlies who will be starting gym next year!

1. Be kind to yourself😊.
2. It takes time, don't be competing with the girl with killer quads, she's been squatting for 4 years now😅. It's always YOU vs YOU.
3. It gets easier with time or you get stronger!
4. You don't have to live on lettuce and dry chicken breasts. It's all about portion control.
5. We all train for different reasons and have different goals. Know why you're there!
6. You don't have to train 7 days a week. 3 times a week can be good enough.
7. Start easy, body weights, and gradually add weights.
8. I find Shape and Grid classes very helpful to beginners.
9. Plan your workouts prior.
10. Find your training style!
11. Light weights with proper form > heavy weights with bad form.
12. Familiarize yourself with PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD term.
13. You can definitely do this! ❤️
