Camp Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Hluhluwe, KZN
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and guest-focused Camp Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in Hhluhluwe, Kwazulu Natal.
This permanent, live-in position is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in guest interaction, service excellence, and lodge operations. The role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day lodge operations, and maintaining the highest standards of service across all departments.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality and guest services
• Prior experience as a Camp Manager or Safari Host (advantageous)
• Experience working with children and hosting kids’ activities (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
• Leadership capability and the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Initiative, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, professional, and guest-centric approach
• Knowledge of the hospitality environment and surrounding communities
• Valid, unendorsed South African driver’s license (essential)
