hello everyone , im here today to talk about my experience with an abuser I've been quiet for such a long time now I think it's time that I speak up and stand up for myself . I dated an abuser and a ra**st a man who is too full of himself that he even brags about each and every accident . I was inlove with this manipulator for so long that I stayed in the relationship even when it meant putting my life in danger I stayed bcs I feared him , I stayed bcs I was afraid he'd kill me most of you know him , some of you have been with him during my relationship with him some hated on me bcs of him but I kept going .

The relationship started of perfectly it was nice we were in love but he took me for granted he abused me emotionally, physically and verbally he left me scared for life and I dont think ill ever heal from all the scars I have bcs of him he is also a ra**st who'd hit me until I faint and then sleep with me without my consent and gloat about it the next day , this one time he took explicit pictures of me and sent them to a boyfriend I was with at the time and he constantly tells me he'll post s*x tapes he made without my knowledge he doesn't want me to end things with him he broke my phones two times and promised to fix them he never did .

Fast forward to yesterday the day I decided that enough is enough , yesterday the 21st of June 2026it happened again and for the last time NGCALI QALAZIVE put his hands on me again and im writing this post to inform everyone that I opened a case and I am not backing down , im afraid he will hurt me or do worse this time because of this but im choosing my self for once and id like everyone to know that I am not suicidal and I would never run away and I am scared for my life .

Im a survivor and I am done sweeping all the evil doings under the rug

These are Congolese nationals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo who have been sleeping in the cold South African winter outside the Department of Home Affairs offices in Durban after being displaced by the latest wave of xenophobic violence.

They are not undocumented migrants. Many say they possess valid documentation but fear for their lives because, according to them, the anti-immigration campaign is not distinguishing between those who are legally in the country and those who are not.

They say that as long as someone is perceived to be a foreign national, they are being told to leave or face intimidation and violence from xenophobic groups.

These Congolese are appealing to the government in Kinshasa to urgently assist them, saying they have nowhere else to go in Durban and have sought refuge outside the Home Affairs offices. Some say they were forced out of their homes, while others say they fled voluntarily after receiving threats and fearing for their safety.

Among them are women and children enduring harsh winter conditions with little shelter, uncertain of what the future holds and pleading for protection and assistance.
