We observe Myasthenia Gravis Awareness this June. A company found on core values so close to the hearts of its founders, we are using our platform to spread awareness about MG. Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disorder that attacks the muscles and leaves oneself with extreme fatigue and compromised mobility, thereby making it difficult for them to function at their best (or even at all) on any given day. This disorder doesn’t announce the good and the bad days, nor does it give you much of a choice to function when it hits.

It is severely important to note that people living with MG, and any other autoimmune disorders for that matter, are considered differently-abled, meaning you likely would not be able to tell with your naked eye that they are differently-abled. This doesn’t mean they aren’t, so always practice a level of caution and sensitivity as to never downplay their lived daily experience. Learn more about MG online and do your part to support all those living with the disorder. Keep hope alive. 🩵🩵🩵
