When we feel anxious, our first instinct is often to fight the feeling or make it disappear. Somatic practices take a different approach. They help us gently communicate to the body that we are safe, supported, and grounded in the present moment.

Remember: the goal isn't to push anxiety away. The goal is to create enough safety and space for your body to move through it.

These bespoke crystal wax melts were created for a very special client who wanted something deeply meaningful, calming, and beautifully unique — and every detail was created with intention.

Each melt is infused with the soothing scent of Rooibos & Neroli, creating a warm, grounding experience with a soft floral finish.

What makes them even more special? Every crystal was sourced from my favourite place in the world — the magical little town of Hogsback, nestled in the Amatola Mountains 🤍
