Turning leftovers into something worth waking up for.
Smoked chicken rolls, fluffy eggs, spinach & a little grated cheese wrapped up into the easiest breakfast ever. Proof that the best meals are sometimes made from what’s already in the fridge 🀍

I made these crusted lamb and served it with a yogurt peanut dipping butter sauce (yes that may sound weird) but it paired so well!

If you’re a little skeptical about this sauce ,try a small amount first.

Yogurt peanut butter dipping sauce
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp peanut butter
Salt
Squeeze of lemon juice
Dash of warm water

Mix all together to form a dipping sauce

Crumbed lamb
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”-
Lamb (chops work well)
Egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil to fry

- Dip lamb into flour,egg then breadcrumbs
- Fry till golden and crisp yon both sides (10 -12 mins)

Serve with dipping sauce and a fresh salad
