🔶 Maintain exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
🔶 Update records, escalate complex issues when necessary.
🔶 Work towards performance KPIs and targets.
Minimum Requirements:
🔶 Matric Certificate.
🔶 NQF Level 5 Certificate (Non-Negotiable).
🔶 2–3 years of experience in a banking call center, handling high-profile clients (Non-Negotiable).
