Creamy Spinach and Mushrooms recipe:

•Fry 1 onion and mushrooms together in two table spoons of cooking oil

•Add chopped spinach once mushrooms start to cook

•Andinalo ke ixesha lokwenza cheese sauce ke so to cut the process short yokwenza cheese sauce from scratch:

•Take Two/Three table spoons of flour add in a full cup of cold water

•Stir until all the lumps are gone ...then add to spinach

•Once it's thickening add butter and bit of milk

•And CHEEEEEEEESE!!!! Lots and lots of cheese

Add seasoning (pinch of salt and black pepper) stir then you done ... hardly 30 minutes to prepare

And ENJOY! 💚💚
