Rea Thusa/We Help is saddened by the passing of Adriaan Jacobus Reyneke (53 years old).🙏🏽🙏🏽💔💔
We stepped in and took up his case when his 73-year-old mother struggled to get proper information from doctors at the Ngwelezane Hospital in Empangeni in KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health.
After our intervention they treated her with respect, but informed her that her son was in a critical state. Days later he died peacefully.

We sympathize with with Tannie Piena and her family and send our most heartfelt condolences.

Yusuf Young and Virginia Keppler-Young also want to thank Rea Thusa representative Dabworx Dabber for fighting the course and standing with Tannie Piena. You are a valuable member of our team. ❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽

Thank you to all who prayed and fought with us by sharing and commenting on our post. Your actions helped bring dignity and peace to this family.🙏🏽🙏🏽

Stay blessed.

Today is the 6th day that a father is lying with two broken arms and a possible leg fracture in the Baragwanath Hospital unsure if what is next for him.

Kevin Smith sustained serious injuries in a car accident on Saturday.

He hopes that they can decide on his faith sooner than later. He is a diabetic and fears that more damaged can be done if he continues to lay unattended in the hospital.

Rea Thusa/We Help is calling on the Baragwanath Hospital, Gauteng, South Africa
Hospital and the National Department of Health (South Africa) and the Gauteng Health Department to give urgent attention to Kevin's condition.

Patients should be treated much better and medical staff must communicate better with them.

We also call on you to help pray for Kevin and his family.

Thank you.

SORRY MENEER, YOU ARE NO. 996 ON THE WAITING LIST‼️

Christiaan Botha was assaulted in the emergency room at the Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital in Kimberley a few days before Christmas 2024.

He broke his ankle but was not attended to. It is now changing colour and Christiaan fears that he might lose his leg.

It has been almost a full year since his injury, and every month when he goes to the hospital for a check-up, they put 10 Panados in his hands and send him back home.

During his last visit, he was told: "Sorry meneer, you are number 996 on the operation waiting list."
What a shock and total disregard for his situation and health.

Christiaan and his two sons took a sick friend to the hospital at the time of the incident. He was sitting in the waiting room when he was mistaken for someone else and attacked.

The hospital investigated the matter and found that it was a mistaken identity, and the security guard was found guilty.
Christiaan also opened a criminal case but has since struggled with the police to investigate the matter.

We need the urgent intervention of the Northern Cape Department Of Health to intervene in this matter. It is inhumane to sit with a broken ankle for almost a full year.

Rea Thusa's first responsibility is to ensure Christiaan receives the necessary attention , and then we will escalate the police matter to the Provincial Police.

NO MERCY FOR SICK MAN‼️
A 75-year-old mom cries that doctors at the Ngwelezane Hospital in Empangeni please treat her son or send him home to die in peace.

Adriaan Jacobus Reyneke (53 year old) has been in hospital for the past two weeks where he has been diagnosed with liver cancer.

But all they are treating him with is a drip and morphine.

Meanwhile he was bleeding from his mouth and nose on Wednesday and he is yellow in complexion. His feet are terribly swollen and the right side of his stomach.

His mom Tannie Pina says her son is dying in front of her. He is fading away and there is nothing they are doing. They keep talking about treatment, chemo and tests, but have done nothing thus far.

“I want the truth. If there is nothing they can do for him, they must tell me so I can take my child home,” she cried.

She did say in spite of the medical diagnosis and update, the hospital staff is treating her son with dignity and she has no complaints. All they want is the truth about her son’s condition and when treatment will commence if any.

The mother and son are from Umkomaas. This is too far for Tanie Pina to travel so Ethel, a representative of Rea Thusa/We Help kindly offered Tannie accommodation to be near the hospital.

We need urgent intervention by the National Department of Health.

NO DOCTORS FOR DADDY'S HEART OPERATION‼️

Good day everyone,
Please help Christo to get his triple bypass surgery before its to late.

The Nkosi Albert Luthuli Central hospital Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central does not have enough doctors, medication and staff.

Christo is now waiting for over two years for his surgery. His body can't take it anymore. Every time they admit him to hospital under false pretense that they will operate. But then they send him home after a few weeks.

We opened a backabuddy account and are asking you to please assist by donating from R10 up.

Your prayers is also highly appreciated.

Thank you.
