Sometimes life gets a lot work, kids, errands, responsibilities. Before you know it, the day’s over and you haven’t moved your body at all. 😩

But this week, let’s try something small. Move your body even if it’s just 15 minutes a day.
Stretch, walk, dance in your kitchen, do squats while the rice is cooking… anything!
It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to happen.
Because a little movement is always better than none. 💪🏽✨

Why is everybody blaming the mother?
What happened to a mother supporting her daughter’s choice?
If the daughter decided to marry that man, why is the mom suddenly the villain now that things have gone wrong?

I’m not saying the mom was right or wrong, but sometimes mothers just want to see their children happy even if the choice isn’t perfect.
So why are we so quick to point fingers at her?
Shouldn’t we be talking about the man’s actions instead of dragging the mother?
Anyway, that’s just my thought.

Or am I even saying something right here? 🤔

It’s been a mix of trying to stay consistent, catching up on sleep I never really get, cooking in between chaos, and reminding myself that small progress is still progress.
Some days I feel on top of everything, other days I’m just surviving and that’s okay too.

Because life isn’t always about having it all together; sometimes it’s just about showing up, one day at a time. 💛

Potty training is not for the weak 😂

Whoever said potty training takes a few days definitely didn’t meet my toddler 😩.
One minute he’s excited to sit on the potty clapping and smiling like a champ. The next minute, he’s hiding behind the couch doing the real business 😭.

You cheer for every tiny success, bribe with snacks, sing songs, and then boom an accident right after you clean up.
At this point, I’m convinced potty training is more about training the parent’s patience than the child’s bladder 😂.
But hey, we’re getting there. One “pee in the potty” at a time 👏🏽.

Moms, how long did it take your toddler to get it right? I need to know I’m not alone on this journey 😅
