I finally feel like myself again.

This isn’t just about activewear or taking photos. It’s about a journey—one filled with sleepless nights, endless bottles, body changes I didn’t always recognize, and moments where I wondered if I’d ever feel like ‘me’ again.

But slowly, piece by piece, I’ve come back. Stronger, softer, wiser, and so much more appreciative of what my body has carried me through.

To every mama still in the thick of it—please know, it takes time. It’s not about ‘bouncing back.’ It’s about moving forward, at your own pace, into the version of yourself you were always meant to meet. 💕
