This is sickening how can one think that a 10 or 11 year old girl can normally take a decision to date rather than being forced or lied to or being promised something.A young mind can agree to almost anything with ease that's why us adults must teach these kids. Young boys need to be taught to reprimand their own actions in wrong situations.I beleive in the mind of 10 or 11 year old dating ain't supposed to have the same expectations as a 16 or 17 year olds that's years apart of experience and growth.

The African National Congress has been criticized for its handling of various issues. The Pakistan Association recently launched a voter registration campaign targeting naturalized South African citizens of Pakistani origin.
