Today's Word
When God breathed His life into you, He put in you everything you need to fulfill your destiny. The Most High God is on your side. You have royal blood flowing through your veins. There are dreams in you so big that you can’t accomplish them on your own. It’s going to take you connecting with the Giver of dreams, knowing that God is directing your steps. But you have to stir up your dream. The enemy would love for you to keep your dream buried and wants to convince you that it’s never going to happen. Don’t believe those lies. You can still become all you were created to be.
Whatever dream that God has put in you, no matter how long it’s been, no matter how impossible it looks, stir it up. It starts in your thinking, in what you’re believing, and in what you’re saying. No more saying, “It’s never going to happen.” No, you have to say, “I’m surrounded by God’s favor. Blessings are chasing me down. Because I delight myself in the Lord, He will give me the desires of my heart.”

You are Anointed

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Acts 10:38 NASB

Today's Word
When Jesus walked the earth, He was on a mission. Not only did He come to die on the cross and save us from our sins, He had a mission to set people free from every kind of brokenness and oppression. He was anointed, or empowered by God, to fulfill His mission. Notice it doesn’t say that He went around doing good and healing some people. No, it says that He went around doing good and healing "all." That was His mission, and He is still fulfilling that mission in the earth today.
The Bible says that as a believer you have become an ambassador of Jesus. That means you are His representative. As His representative, you have access to the same power and authority that He has. You are empowered, or anointed, to fulfill His mission in the earth. You are anointed to do good and heal those who are oppressed by the enemy. Is there someone in your life who needs a touch from God today? You are His hands and feet. You are anointed to do good and pray for the sick. As you reach out to others and allow God to use you, you will see His power flow through you, and you will live the life of victory God has in store for you!

Prayer for Today
Father, thank You for choosing me. Thank You for doing good in my life and setting me free! Show me daily how I can be an instrument of Your goodness and healing to those around me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Avoid The Trap of Fear

Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe. Proverbs 29:25 NIV

Today's Word
Fear is one of the enemy's favorite tools to keep us from moving forward. The moment you make a decision to step out in faith, the enemy will immediately bring fear to stop you. He'll put thoughts in your mind such as, "What if I fail? What will others think? Maybe I don't have what it takes." He'll do his best to use fear to try to convince you to shrink back and just stay right where you are. The Scripture tells us that fear is a spirit. It affects your emotions. But when you choose to put your trust in the Lord, no matter how you are feeling, you are combating fear. Today, don't allow fear to trap you and hold you back. Instead, take a step of faith knowing that God is on your side. He is for you and with you, leading and guiding you in the path of victory all the days of your life.

Prayer for Today
Father, I choose to put my trust in You. I press forward in faith so I can overcome fear. I believe You have plans to prosper me and that You are leading me in the paths of righteousness all the days of my life. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Build Up the Walls

Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control. Proverbs 25:28 NIV

Today’s Word
When you let your feelings control you--anger, impatience, lust, a negative attitude--your walls of defense are down. The enemy can come in and run your life. God has given us self-control. Quit saying, "I can't stop it. It's too hard." You have the ability, but self-control is like a muscle. If you never discipline yourself to walk away when you feel like taking the easy way out, then your self-control muscle is very weak. You have to start exercising it by saying no to your flesh. You have a destiny to fulfill. But as long as you are controlled by these ordinary impulses, God can't release the amazing things He has in store for your future. Are you ruling over your emotions? Spiritual maturity has nothing to do with how many years you've been in church or how long you've known the Lord. It has everything to do with what kind of fruit you are displaying.

Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that one of the fruit of the Spirit working in me is self-control. Thank You that I don't have to be a slave to feelings that have tried to control me for years. I believe that as I say no to the flesh, I will reach my highest potential in you. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Today's Word
Life is full of things that try to push us down. We all face disappointments and setbacks. Maybe you got bad news concerning your health, or perhaps a relationship didn't work out. Maybe you lost your job. It was a setback. When we face setbacks, it's easy to get discouraged or lose our enthusiasm. Too often we are tempted to just settle where we are. But if we're going to see God's best, we have to have a bounce-back mentality. That means when you get knocked down, you don't stay down. You get back up again. It means when disappointments come, you shake them off knowing that what the enemy meant for your harm God is going to turn around and use for your good.
This is a new day. Things are changing in your favor. You need to get ready because there’s a bounce-back coming. You’re going to bounce back from sickness, bounce back from depression, bounce back from bad breaks, bounce back from loss. Keep standing, keep believing, and choose to be a bounce-back person because you are coming out better off than you were before! You are rising higher, and you will fulfill the destiny God has in store for you!

Today's Word
When God commanded light to come forth, light burst forth at 186,000 miles per second! When God commands something, you can be sure that it's going to happen. In the same way that He commanded the worlds to be formed, God commanded that you be blessed. He commanded that you prosper and increase. He commanded that you be above only and not beneath, to be the head and not the tail. If you will get into agreement with God, you will see this commanded blessing take you further than you ever thought possible. When you keep God in first place, He will send blessings that chase you down and favor that overtakes you. Today, set your heart and mind on His goodness. Believe that He is ready to take you places that you've never dreamed. Receive His promises because He is faithful. If God said it, He will do it...and God said that you are blessed!

Extend Forgiveness

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. Luke 23:34 NIV

Today's Word
When you’ve been hurt or offended, sometimes it’s tempting to hold on to unforgiveness. But we have to remember, when people wrong us, our battle is not against flesh and blood. In other words, that person who hurt you is not the real enemy. The Bible says that your adversary is the devil, and he knows that if you don’t forgive, your prayers won’t be effective. Unforgiveness puts up a barrier in your life to the power of God. In fact, if we don’t forgive others, we can’t be forgiven by God. However, when you choose forgiveness, you open the door for God’s healing power to flow through you!
Disarm the enemy in your life today by choosing forgiveness. Bless those who curse you and pray for those who wrong you. Look at what Jesus did—when He was betrayed, beaten, mocked and disrespected, He chose to forgive. Follow His example, and open the door for victory in every area of your life!

Another Victory Is On The Way

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. II Corinthians 2:14 NKJV

Today's Word
Are you facing challenges or difficulties today? Maybe something has happened that could easily discourage you and cause you to give up on your dreams. I want to remind you that where you are is not where you are going to stay. God has a good plan in store for your future. When you stay in step with Him, you’ll walk right into victory. The Scripture tells us that God wants to take us from glory to glory, from victory to victory. Even if you are between victories right now, keep your passion. Keep your enthusiasm. Focus on the fact that God has another level for you—another level of glory, another level of increase, another level of His favor.
Today I encourage you to go out with a smile on your face. Give Him your best. When you thank God for what He has done, you are sowing a seed that He will use in your future. Keep praying, keep believing, keep hoping, and stand strong because another victory is coming your way!

Above all things have intense and unfailing love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins [forgives and disregards the offenses of others]. 1 Peter 4:8 AMPC

Today’s Word
In relationships, we all have disagreements, tension, and stress. When we do, we need to step back and remember that love makes allowances for other people's weaknesses. Love covers a wrong done to it. You have to rise above these petty things that are pulling you apart. Give people room to have a bad day. When they're rude, don't respond. Be an eagle and rise above it. Life is too short for you to live at odds, being contentious, arguing over things that don't matter. Some people have to have the last word in every argument. Don't be hardheaded. Let it go. Quit wasting your energy. You have a destiny to fulfill. You have an assignment to accomplish. Those are distractions trying to pull you off course. Zip it up and let the other person be right. You may know they're wrong, but it doesn't matter. Don't waste your valuable time on something that's not moving you toward your purpose.

Activate by Declaration

You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28 NKJV

Today’s Word
Did you know that we activate the blessing of God’s favor by speaking it over our own lives? Romans 10:9-10 tells us that salvation comes when we believe and then declare what we believe. God’s truth is established when we believe and declare it (Job 22:28). When we declare God’s Word, we invite Him to do what He alone can do in our lives.

In Micah 3:8, the prophet Micah declares that he is filled with power by the Spirit of God. He knew how to encourage himself in the Lord. He understood how to draw courage and purpose into his life. He realized the power in His words and knew that speaking truth was the most effective way to prepare him to accomplish all God has in store. Your tasks today may not be anything like Micah’s, but we all need God’s help. Activate His strength by declaring that His power is at work by His Spirit in your life. Declare that you are filled with justice and strength as you face the challenges before you because in His strength, you can experience victory in every area of your life.

Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, I invite You to flood every area of my being. Fill me with Your strength, peace, and joy. I declare that I am strong in You. I am filled with Your power. I walk in Your favor. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
