This is the last photo of 34-year-old Phillip Herron, crying in his car just minutes before taking his life. A single father of three, he was overwhelmed with over $20,000 in debt and was waiting desperately for a payday loan, but it came with a 5-week delay.
That waiting period pushed him deeper into debt, and when he passed, he had only $4.61 in his bank account.
