"If Gqom Was 3 Step" by Deejay Soso (feat. Sakhumzi Mngomeni & Akhoman) is scheduled for release on June 3, 2025.

Many may recognize Deejay Soso for producing several commercial house tracks, including "iBhayi ne Tinarha" and "Ukuthand’ Umntu", both created in collaboration with Eastern Boys and Olothando Ndamase.

Having recently shifted his focus to producing mainly 3 Step, he was inspired to fuse it with Gqom — another genre he has made a lot of music in. That creative blend led to the birth of this track.
