This Black Friday, Just - Mediate is extending a meaningful opportunity designed to support individuals facing real financial strain while navigating a civil, workplace, or family dispute.
They are offering one complimentary, fully facilitated three-hour online mediation session via Zoom.
To ensure transparency and fairness, here’s how the process works:
🔹 Step 1: Register Your Interest
You must contact Just Mediate on Black Friday, Friday 28 November 2025, no later than 16:00. This is your first point of entry.
🔹 Step 2: Submit Your Application
By Monday, 1 December 2025, applicants must provide a concise written motivation including:
* A clear explanation of the dispute
* Reasons mediation is the appropriate mechanism
* Verifiable proof of financial hardship
* The anticipated positive impact of resolution for all parties
* Written confirmation from both parties committing to good-faith participation, full attendance, and signing the agreement if consensus is reached
🔹 Session Requirements
The mediation must begin during January 2026, and the offer automatically expires on 31 January 2026. If either party delays, fails to co-operate, or does not act in good faith, Just Mediate reserves the right to terminate the process immediately and offer the opportunity to the next qualifying applicant.
