While we were talking with the queen we asked her what Impact is she looking to make as a model and she has this to say.
"Through my modelling career, I want to make an impact far greater than the runway and crowns. I want to use the platform to educate young people about the realities and possibilities of South Africa, reminding them that they have a vital role in shaping a better future. As a future pedagogical practitioner, my purpose extends beyond the classroom. I want to inspire young people to believe in themselves fiercely, to recognise that their dreams are valid , and that greatness begins with the courage to take the first step. I want to be living proof that you can rise, create , and lead with purpose when you trust in Gods strength , because truly, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. My journey is not mine, it is a message of hope, faith and unstoppable potential for every young person watching." She said.
Melita is currently one of the semi-finalists on the highly anticipated beauty Pageant called Miss inspire SA ,which is currently running and she is pleading for the KwaZulu-Natal community and the whole nation to help her get closer to the dream of becoming the Queen by voting for her. The voting details will be attached on the poster that we will upload on the comments sections under this publication.
