THE 31ST OF DECEMBER SHALL SURELY COME – REFLECTION…

At the start of this year, many of us stepped into 2025 with faith, hopes, dreams, prayers and expectations.

Some days our steps were strong and certain,
Other days they were slow and heavy.
There were moments we paused,
Moments we wandered,
Moments we lost our footing and stumbled,
And moments we gathered courage and began again.
We gained.
We lost.
We fought battles silently.
We celebrated wins loudly.
We kept moving — even when it was hard.

And through it all, one truth remains unshaken:
We are here, still standing, still walking, still believing, still pressing forward.
No matter what this year looked like… The 31st of December shall surely come.
A journey is never made in leaps, but in moments. In steps. In breaths. In grace.
For in the abundance of GRACE…

WHERE VALUE GOES…. IMPACT FOLLOWS….
You can have multiple degrees. An impressive CV. The talent. The knowledge. Deep subject matter expertise. But if you’re not valuable, you’ll still walk in lack.

Value speaks for you in rooms where your feet have never stepped.The world may try to silence or slander you, but value has a voice of its own, it rises, it echoes, it defends. Your value will always find a way to rise above the noise: it lifts you up again.

Value is the real currency of life. Value is what the world responds to. It’s what people pay for. It’s what opens doors. Value speaks lounder than words. Every time we deliver value, a reward is activated. The world doesn’t reward potential; it rewards value delivered.

Many of us are busy… but not valuable. We do so much but make little impact.
We owe it to ourselves, and to the world, to make our days count.
Add value. Live a life of value and the world will respond with a good harvest.

What it means to be EMCC Accredited....
Becoming an accredited EMCC, Senior Practitioner - GRATEFUL for this milestone.

The European Mentoring and Coaching Council is a globally recognized professional body that sets standards, provides accreditation, and promotes excellence in mentoring, coaching, and supervision. It is one of the leading coaching bodies alongside ICF (International Coaching Federation) and AC (Association for Coaching).

The EIA is the EMCC's individual accreditation for professional coaches and mentors and it is awarded based on demonstrated competence, experience, and adherence to EMCC's ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Being "EMCC Accredited – EIA Senior Practitioner" means the individual is a highly competent, ethical, and experienced coach or mentor who meets internationally recognized professional standards.

It’s a strong credential that enhances credibility and demonstrates quality assurance in the coaching industry.

A tree never eats its own fruit- Its fruit is for others—to nourish, to benefit, to enjoy.

In the same way, leadership is not a self-serving journey. True leadership is not about status, titles, or applause. It is about becoming, growing, stretching, and maturing so that others may thrive through what we’ve cultivated within ourselves: experience, insight, wisdom, encouragement, and example.

We don’t invest in our personal development just to sit comfortably on our own branches. We grow so that others can eat from the fruit of our growth.
As a Transformational Coach, this is the heartbeat of my work. The words of the late Dr. Myles Munroe echo in my soul: “Die empty.” Don't leave this world full of ideas, wisdom, solutions, and potential that were never shared or used. Pour it out. Use it. Give it. Coach. Mentor. Teach. Build. Empower. Leave a legacy not of what you owned—but of who you helped grow.
Because when our leadership bears fruit, the world around us changes.

THE ART OF SELF-SCULPTING....

We are all born with immense potential, but realizing it requires awareness, effort, discipline, and vision. Just as the sculptor chips away at the excess clay to reveal the masterpiece within, we too are a work in progress. True leadership isn’t about achieving perfection but embracing intentional growth. Like the sculpture, we are responsible for our transformation; we are both the artist and the masterpiece.

Chiseling away at ourselves isn’t smooth or easy. It demands pressure, persistence, and sometimes pain. Growth requires us to step outside our comfort zones, challenge the status quo, and embrace failure as a necessary part of learning. The sculptor doesn’t add clay to the statue but reveals the form that was always within. Similarly, our true potential lies within us.
