Also, how feathered and lethal is this beard getting. Been using the oils from .chanan and it’s epic. Feeling good.

Time to do push ups 💪🏼

This is why trees fall AFTER the storm ⚠️

The storm ends.
The wind drops.
Everyone exhales.

That’s the moment people get wrong.

Storms don’t usually take trees down.
They set them up.

Even a single day of rain can turn solid ground into sponge.
Roots lose their bite.
Tiny failures start underground, out of sight, out of mind.

The tree stays standing.
Not because it’s safe.
Because it hasn’t been tested yet.

Then comes:
• A quiet afternoon
• A light breeze
• Or nothing at all

And that’s when it happens.

Most dangerous failures don’t happen in the storm.
They happen 24–72 hours later, when the soil shifts and the root plate finally lets go.

If you notice:
• A new lean that wasn’t there before
• Soil lifting at the base
• Cracks forming in the ground
• A large tree close to a house, driveway, or power lines
Maybe you don’t notice anything at all.

That’s not “fine”.
That’s borrowed time.

This is the window most people miss.
Not because they don’t care.
Because everything looks calm again.

The safest decisions are made after the storm,
while there’s still time to choose.

Save this.
If you’re unsure, ask before a fallen tree makes the call for you.

New collab loading… 🌲🧔🏽‍♂️

The Bearded Wonder has started a new collaboration with .chanan, and being very picky about who I collab with, I’m genuinely excited about where this one could go.

As someone who works outdoors in dust, sweat, sun and chainsaw chips all day, I don’t touch products that are gimmicky or over-fragranced nonsense. If it’s going in my beard, on my hair, or on my skin, it needs to work and it needs to be clean.

The approach from .chanan is simple:
Natural ingredients.
No rubbish.
Focused on real care, not hype.

I met up with Anneke from PC today and she handed over a sample pack. Over the next while, I’ll be running it properly. Real days. Real work. Real conditions. No filters. No pretending. Just good skin and a beard that stays feathered and lethal.

If it holds up under high-risk tree work, long days and rough weather, then we’ll talk about Beard Approval.

For now, I’m keen to see what this does for the beard and to share honest feedback as we go.

This pack includes Beard Oil, Hair Growth Oil and lip balm. Perfect for a dude on the move as much as I am.
