This programme is recommended for students who wish to improve and learn global leadership skills. Beyond the Classroom (Btc) introduces you to the requirements of leaders and assist you in developing the skills needed for effective leadership. It explores and defines different aspects of leadership, enhances skills in conflict resolution, communication, problem solving, decision making, while mak

ing it clear that leadership is not just a position. It is designed to develop you through an interactive group experience and requires you to be an active participant. By completing each stage of the programme you will be compiling your CV and showcase your development.
